Telephone customer advisor in one of the most prestigious banks in the world.

We are looking for people who have good diction, like contact with people and speak English at the B2 level.

Your responsibilities:
  • Managing incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries regarding services in the bank
  • User support in using banking applications
  • Diagnosing and solving reported problems
  • Monitoring and documentation of changes in supported applications
  • Support for e-mail communication with customers.

We do not require:
  • Experience in a similar position.We will teach you everything during the first weeks of work, thanks to perfectly designed trainings
