We are looking for Customer Service Team Leader with Spanish or Italian for a permanent position. We offer an interesting and independent job in an energetic and international environment in a Shared Services Centre in Gdańsk.

Your new role
  • Provide customer service on an agreed level to a group of assigned customers/accounts and to develop and maintain a good relationship with them
  • Handle and follow-up customer enquiry to delivery (fulfilment), invoicing and rebate handling including all related tasks, transactions and documentation
  • Keep all customer records and documents orderly and digitally archived ensuring easy access and traceability
  • Maintain and continuously update customer master data, customer profiles and other customer information
  • Contribute to improving efficiency and automation of customer support processes, which includes
  • Monitor information of complaints, trials, delays, payments, rebates etc. plus other relevant matters that may have an effect on the business and relationship with assigned customers/accounts
  • Ensuring the performance of the team is effective, professional, customer oriented, and follows the relevant business guidelines
  • Following local regulations and guidelines and ensuring these are followed by team members.
  • Acting as a contact point between CS and other relevant functions (i.e. Sales, Logistics, Finance, etc.)
  • Preparing and reporting team status in Key Account meetings
  • Coaching and developing the team and its individuals, supporting the onboarding of new team members and ensuring content of the onboarding training is up to date
  • Identifying potential for operational improvements and making relevant proposals to the Customer Service Management.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 3 years’ Customer Service experience, with previous team lead experience in a multicultural environment
  • Fluency (written and spoken) in English
  • Fluency in Spanish or Italian
  • Highly effective team management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Service and solution minded with problem solving skills
  • Prioritisation, organisational and decision-making skills
  • System knowledge (SAP, MS Office)
