Talent Sourcer Technology (Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Research and target new uncover/hidden talent for our Technology Roles
- Source passive talent through a variety of channels and using diverse sourcing tools and techniques
- Help to deliver sourcing and market intel plans
- Work closely Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand the technical requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
- Act as a brand ambassador with candidates during the initial reach out
- Generate long-term talent pipeline for hard-to-fill roles
- Evaluate candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioural interviewing techniques, as well as unconventional techniques to identify exceptional talent
- Extract relevant data from different sources to build the sourcing narratives, including market and competitors' intelligence
About You:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and a proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and candidates
- Relevant experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, CV database, X Ray searches, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc)
- Strong customer service orientation with great attention to detail
- Results and outcome-oriented
- Experience of contributing to and executing talent attraction strategies
