For our Client, global well-know company related with production and technology industry, we are looking for experienced candidate that is willing to take a position of Talent Acquisition Team Manager!
You will be responsible for both process and people management tasks such as conducting team meetings as well as 1-2-1, plan individual development paths, allocating tasks, setting goals and verifying progress when it comes to reaching them, coaching, mentoring, solve complex escalations, manage agencies and clients and more.
We are looking for a professional with previous experience in HR and recruitment area as well as people management. Fluency in English is a must (B2/C1) as you will cooperate with leaders from all over the word.
