JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling, feedback solicitation, candidate communication, offers, negotiation and onboarding
• Provide a world class candidate and hiring manager experience and be a brand ambassador
• Keep the overview of all TA activities taking place in a specific dedicated group of CE countries (Poland, Germany, Netherlands, France, Belgium)
• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify best in class candidates through various leading edge recruiting and sourcing techniques; leverage a multi-channel approach (creative sourcing, events, meet-up fairs etc) without neglecting the internal talent pool
• Document all recruitment activity through the company's ATS (SuccessFactors Recruiting)
• Consult with leaders on interviewing and selection of candidates
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of industry and technology trends
• Build strategic partnerships with the business, incl HRBP and OD, to understand current and future needs
• Design and develop strategies to map the external talent market and build external networks/pipelines for the future
• Collaborate across the organization on special projects that will elevate the Talent Acquisition practice (Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, Assessment Centers etc.)
• Deliver internal workshops or provide coaching to hiring managers around TA mindset and skills, eg. ‘Assessment’, ‘screening CV’, ‘mitigating unconscious bias in recruitment’
• Provide coaching and guidance around Employer branding for HR as well as for the respective leaders, eg. ‘Use of LinkedIn’, ‘Being a brand ambassador’

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
• 1-3 years of corporate and/or agency talent acquisition experience
• Proficient in leveraging a variety of sourcing strategies including proactive sourcing techniques using social media (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter) and referral generation; leveraging various methods to recruit active and passive candidates (eg networking, internet, networking communities, website, referrals, university relations, and other creative methods)
• Strong command of Polish and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with employees and external contacts at all levels, demonstrating strong influencing and negotiating skills. Must be capable of working with senior managers and working constructively with diverse personalities
• Exceptional ability to assess talent (technical skills, leadership skills, potential)
• Ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive personnel information
• Good digital (eg LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and technical (ATS) skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly
dynamic environment
• Open to new ideas and ways of working
