Your responsibilities:
- Development of relations and maintaining contact with the client in the context of transport processes
- Develops and implements actions plan to improve sales and logistics processes
- Solving any transport problems
- Entering and configuring transport data in the system
- Monitoring and streamlining the implementation of all international shipments
Our requirements:
- English and Spanish at least at the B2 level
- About one year of experience in the area of customer service
- Corporate experience will be an asset
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
