Your new role

• Development of product-specific functions and algorithms for active safety platforms
• Definition, design, implementation, testing of ECU software
• further development of reusable components for ECU software
• using programming languages C/C++ and Matlab/Simulink
• Coordination with external and internal customers (OEM’S)

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma in computer science, mathematics, physics or comparable field of study
• Algorithms experience and/or mathematical, logical knowledge
• Strong software-design and software-constructionskills
• Very good knowledge of programming languages, ideally for automotive embedded systems or object-oriented areas
• Good understanding of software development processes and corresponding work products
• Experience with the application and adaptation of formal development processes, e.g. Automotive SPICE is an advantage
• Personally structured, analytical approach, initiative and creativity
• Very good knowledge of English
