Senior Inside Sales Representative with German

Sales role with German and English (for Seniors)
What does it mean to be part of our Inside Sales team?

It means building and owning relationships with new and existing customers, support from an international team, and career growth opportunities. This is not just about drumming up new leads, this is a full-scale sales position with responsibility for existing customers that you will be expected to nurture and grow.


• Meet or exceed sales revenue targets and goals
• Manage and build relationships and deliver growth potential from existing customers assigned to you
• Generate new customers and business opportunities in your assigned region
• Create price quotations in response to sales inquiries
• Create sales cadence to manage and build relationships with the customers assigned to you
• Update and close the sales pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts
• Log activities, opportunities in our CRM system and proactively manage and update the data in CRM system for your customers
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver sales results for your customers


• Demonstrated success in a similar sales support position, e.g., outside sales, inside sales, telesales, or sales administration
• Experience working with reporting, spreadsheets, and office tools
• Experience in recommending solutions to meet customer needs – preferably in B2B. Strong customer focus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems and strong orientation to problem solving and analysis.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English plus one of the following languages (French, Dutch, German, Italian)
• Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospect to close
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong Teamwork and collaboration skills – working with internal and cross functional team
