YOUR NEW COMPANY:
You will join an international, globally well-known company from the facilities management industry, that is building the new global technology center team in Poland, Warsaw.

KEY PURPOSE:
A scrum master helps oversee the scrum and development team. They are
knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum and able to educate others. They
also act as a buffer between the scrum team and product owner and maintain a
safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution.

SUCCESS CRITERIA:
• Scrum Team work in an effective Sprint-based rhythm where every iteration results
in a new version of the product
• Scrum Team use the Sprint Retrospective to reflect on their ability to create a highquality,
releasable version of their product for stakeholders
• Scrum Team accurately record time at activity level
• Scrum Team is aware of customer requirements, estimates, and deadlines

EXPERIENCE AND TRAITS:
• Excellent knowledge of the scrum framework, with all its artifacts and techniques
• Experience working with scrum teams is required
• Very good communication skills
• Some level of scrum master certification is preferred
• Any project management or team lead experience is an advantage
• Ability to analyse and solve problems/conflicts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
• Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog in a way that ensures the needed work is well understood so
the team can continually make forward progress
• Helping the team to determine the definition of done for the product, with input from key stakeholders
• Coaching the team, within the scrum principles, in order to deliver high-quality features for its product
• Educating key stakeholders and the rest of the organization on scrum (and possibly Agile) principles
• Helping the scrum team avoid or remove impediments to its progress, whether internal or external to the team
• Promoting self-organisation and cross-functionality within the team
• Facilitating team events to ensure regular progress
