Your new role

• Support with headcount management, including systems, job codes, blueprints, open roles, processes, SoC, organizational charts and analysis of people related data
• Support with tracking recruitment requests against actual FTE data, and assist with any associated data clean up
• Develop, maintain and improve report data sources and template
• Generates MI reports on a predetermined frequency, i.e., daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
• Business support activities including but not limited to: BIA/BCP/Incident response, CRE/Space management and DBIRO activity.
• Support the onshore resource with the delivery of ExCo level events and engagement
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Educated to graduate degree level in business/operational management, business information systems, business management and governance
• 4+ years proven and progressive experience
• Experience of using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills, preferably in a matrix functional environment
• Outstanding stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of operational management
• Commercial acumen with attention to detail, coordination skills, verbal, written & analytical skills to articulate key issues and draw conclusions quickly
• Can work at pace and has experience in working with senior management leaders
