Your new company
For our client - an international company in horticulture industry we are currently looking for a person to take the position of Regional Account Manager for Poland and some countries in CEE region. Our Client produces coatings for the greenhouse horticulture sector. The RAM will be a part of an international Sales Team of Horticulture Department. The position is a new one in Polish structure.

Your new role
The person we are currently looking for will be responsible for managing and growing the company's position on the market. The RAM will develop relationships with current clients and identify new opportunities, acquire new customers, conduct negotiations, analyse the market and coordinate activities aimed at increasing sales of the offered products. On daily basis RAM will cooperate with distributors, garden shops as well end users in the scope of agriculture industry (farmers, gardeners, plant nursery and similar). In addition, it will implement a sales strategy on the market in terms of translating customer needs into specific requirements. This person will cooperate with colleague in headquarter and another countries.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in the agriculture industry with extensive knowledge in this field. Moreover, extensive knowledge and understanding of horticultural production will be very welcomed. We invite candidates with experience in working in companies from the horticultural, sowing, seeding of fruits and vegetables, chemicals, fertilisers, grass as well as accessories (i. ex. coatings, greenhouses, foils, agrotextiles to agricultural industries. You must have a very good command of English (daily contact with the headquarters and abroad). We are looking for candidates who are well organised, independent, goal-oriented, communicative and ready to travel.
