The main purpose of the role is to build a candidate pipeline through searching and identifying suitable candidates. The successful applicant will also gain exposure to EMEA Recruiting Job
Responsibilities
Contact with candidates on social media and using professional platforms like a LinkedIn, Xing, Boolean search, Google X-Ray
Proactively collaborate with Relationship Managers and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process Attend with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and business priorities
Identify qualified candidate profiles
Post job adverts on company website and additional platforms
Maintain correspondence with candidate communication emails
Screening and interviewing candidates via phone/MS Teams
Develop talent pipelines / shortlist candidates on active requisitions
Maintain candidate databases (via ATS)
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business, or similar field
Min. 3 years of experience on relevant position in the recruitment agency or in a corporate environment
Experience in candidate with sourcing techniques, building candidate pipeline via different platform
Familiarity with HR databases (Workday, SuccessFactors e.t.c)
Strong experience in candidate Relationship Management Tools
You should present excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, effective time-management abilities
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
Fluent English is necessary min. B2
