Your new role
  • Coordinating all aspects of the procurement process,
  • Conduct timely communication
  • Represent Client to customers in a professional manner at all times
  • Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
  • Taking care of complaints, give feedback, updates to Customer and ensure completion
  • Support improvement and projects


What you'll need to succeed :
  • English - B1, German - B2
  • 1+ year-experience in Procurement / Import / Logistics/Transport/ Customer Services
  • Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving approach and troubleshooting skills
  • Time/task management, attention to detail, willingness to learn
