Payroll, kadry i płace, expert
For our Client, multinational pharmaceutical company located in Poznań, we’re looking for a Payroll SME for Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling an end-to-end processing of monthly and yearly payroll processes for Poland;
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records (Joiners/Leavers/Changes) and payroll master data;
  • Processing payroll monthly and yearly reporting (with Tax Office, Pension Fund), providing input for Finance teams;
  • Processing payroll related allowances and deductions, delivering yearly bonus and merit cycle;
  • Dealing with financial controls, incl. SOX and operational controls maintained at a local country level;
  • Handling all operational aspects in terms of vendors management in outsourced payroll environment (tracking KPI’s/issue escalation/monthly SLA meetings);
  • Processing all variable wage components like hours, bonuses, provision, capture of holidays, etc.;
  • Importing/exporting payroll interface files, being a point of escalations for pay related employee related queries

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Min. 4-5 years of demonstrated payroll processing experience (preferably in outsourced company);
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • Knowledge of payroll legislations and processes, understanding of international assignees employee payroll
  • Polish and english fluent;
  • Experience in payroll for polish market;
  • Knowledge of Workday/Cloud Pay, any payroll system, SAP would be beneficial;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Focus on continuous Improvement in payroll and HR administration processes
