Order Management Specialist

Currently we are looking for Order Management Specialist with German for one of our clients - globally leading speciality chemicals company. If you want to cooperate with business as a specialist in an international environment and use foreign languages daily do not hesitate to apply!

Your new role

In this role you will have the opportunity to coordinate all aspects of the order management process and be responsible for its accuracy. You will conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external customers and represent our client’s customers in a professional manner at all time. Your strong problem-solving approach and troubleshooting skills will help in assisting customers in solving problems and incidents. You will also perform claim management through the internal Quality Notification System as well as support improvement and automation projects.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Your language skill level is at least B1 in English and B2 in German,
  • You have a very good verbal/written communication skills and ability to be a team player,
  • MS Office, especially Excel, is your natural environment,
  • You perform well under pressure,
  • Time/task management, attention to details and willingness to learn are your main features,
  • Your creativity, open mind and sense of humour will be an advantage.

Experience in customer service desk or logistic, export or supply chain area and knowledge of SAP SD module would be an asset.
