For our Client, international company from chemical background we are looking for Candidates for position NPI Launch Coordinator.
Location: Gliwice

Responsibilities:

• Effective production line handover and transfer to JMBS (NPI to series)
• Ramp-up coordination (including engineering changes, validation samples)
• Prioritization and task assignment (in regards to line / infrastructure)
• Identify improvement areas and develop practical improvement solutions for existing processes/procedures/work instructions, technology and organization
• Ensure new product launches processes are developed and constantly optimized
• Effective communication flow
• Required line documentation (inc. legal & safety requirements)
• Appropriate and effective production release after technical changes (inc. adjustments, modification, production stoppages)
• Cooperate with suppliers and customer internal/external
• Ensure continuous improvement of JMBS NPI approach via lessons learned popularization and management
• Responsible for lessons learned data base and process

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in NPI Project Coordination or Leadership
• Background in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering is a must
• Project management skills
• High degree of technical aptitude with a demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes and production line construction.
• Engineering degree in Manufacturing or Engineering (or a related degree)
• Strong leadership skills and coordination skills
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing work environment
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Project management skills
• Strong communication ability in polish and english
• Experience of working within an ISO 9001 system, IATF/TS16949
• Experience in FMEA, APQP, PPAP
• Good time-management and organizational skill
• Working experience of MS Office, MS Project, SAP
• Optional
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• CAD software 2D/3D
• Experience in Battery Industry
