For our client, a constantly developing and recognizable company from real estate sector, hiring about 300 employees, we are leading recruitment process to credit financing team on position:
Main duties of an employee will be: preparation of loan request packages to be distributed to lenders selected for a specific project; review of loan proposals from banks, negotiation of the terms of financing with lenders; review and discuss loan documents with lawyers; work on loan closing and on conditions subsequent, work on putting in place security package, especially assignments of all contracts and securities in favour of the lender; work with accounting on first draw as it relates to the project costs to date, cost categories on lender-provided draw spreadsheet, and budget costs; monthly loan draw review and coordination with treasury team, project managers, project monitor and bank; track of project timing - as it relates to debt timing as it can change during loan process; communication with lenders as it relates to change in project scope, ownership, both before and after loan has recorded; coordination and help on the due diligence process (legal and technical) in the phase when new financing is put in place; coordinate with appraiser to provide information as needed to ensure accurate appraisal of the new project; coordination of timing and process of annual valuations for lenders; Preparing quarterly covenants reporting for lenders (financial covenant calculation, property reports and rent rolls); notification of changes in project – new leases, lease maturities etc. assignment of the new leases, new insurance policies; review project budgets / modify projects budgets as required for presentation to lender; track loan conversion dates, maturity dates; track maturity of lease securities, assign new to the Lender when necessary; assist with banking day to day relationship management – minor correspondence and issues; work on property acquisitions and sales when repayment of the loan is involved; Insurance requests – help coordinate with Property Managers and lender requirements; filling documents on the current basis and after project is closed.
Our client expects: experience in structured finance/corporate credits in commercial real estate sector gained in bank or leasing company or experience on similar position gained in commercial real estate company, flexible approach, dynamic action and very good English.
