Java Solutions Architect

Location: Warsaw, hybrid model (2/3 days of remote/office work)
Type of employment: contract B2B
Recruitment stages: 1-2 MS Teams meetings
Available start: immediately

What you’ll be doing?
• You’ll be creating solutions and designing of the architecture of Java-based systems & applications
• High-level management of software development teams and undertaken projects
• You’ll drive technological changes and implementations of created solutions
• You’ll take care and full responsibility of undertaken projects
• Reporting the progress to external and internal clients

What we expect from you?
• Expertise in building and designing the architecture of Java-based systems and applications
• You possess vast experience in participating in software development projects at enterprise-level
• You have excellent management skills including planning capacity and security of the systems as well as taking control of the budget and finances
• You know how to create roadmap of software systems and drive technological changes in complex and multinational organizations
• Business acumen enabling effective collaboration with both the business and software development teams
• You have hands-on programming skills in Java

Highly valued for the project:
• Knowledge of architecture and design patterns for web systems which can help in transition from monolithic applications into microservices architecture
• Containerization and the clusters management concepts (Docker, Kubernetes or similar)
• Continuous Integration & Deployment
• Knowledge of OWASP security principles
