For our client, well known International IT company located in Katowice and Gliwice, we are looking for a person interested in the role IT Service Desk with German.

Your new role
• IT support for internal users with their IT related operations: accessibility, usability, hardware and software related issues
• dealing with phone, selfservice portal and email incidents and requests from IT users within whole company
• analyse and remotely resolve simple and complex incidents and requests
• identify, diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams
• participate in projects
• follow the implemented processes (ITIL) and internal routines
• contribute to continuous improvement of our daily work
