For our client, a prestigious organization in the production industry, we are looking for candidate to join the newly formed HR team.
Your responsibilities
- Providing HR operational and administrative support for German speaking employees as an administrator of core HR processes
- Managing transactions and data accuracy, ensuring appropriate and timely completion of all required system steps and document preparation;
- E-mail and telephone processing of HR topics in a foreign language (contracts, certificates, leaves, payroll etc.)
- Taking part in HR international projects;
- Working on continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures
Requirements
- min. 1 year of experience in the field of HR
- Good work organization
- Knowledge of English at least B2 and German min. C1
- Ready to work in a dynamic environment
