Hired person will be responsible for closely cooperation with senior HR management. On a daily basis you will manage addressed HR projects that will include for example coordination of meetings in directors calendars, preparation of power point presentations, participation in transition, taking part in employer branding activities, verification of data in Excel, preparation of reports and more. As the management is based in the UK you will work mainly in English.
We are looking for a candidate with min. 1 year previous experience in the filed of HR, administration, project coordination or assistant role. Fluency in English (C1) and Excel knowledge required. You have to present self-reliance, an initiative in action and impeccable organisation of work and excellent communication skills.
