For our Client, an international company which decided to establish new office in Kraków, we are looking for candidates for HR Administrator roles.
Within this position you will be responsible for Employee Administration process for international markets including organising and maintaining personnel records together with processing sensitive personal data and working with various HR systems. You will be in touch with different HR teams and various internal stakeholders and business partners and be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries. Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance together with reporting on HR metrics is also a part of this role.
We are looking for candidates with with previous experience in HR / Administration . An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. We have roles on different seniority levels, depending on the previous background.
