Your new role
The Global Demand Manager is responsible for managing the demand assessment process and working in conjunction with product leaders to make sure that demand for services are visible and all the decisions related to them occur within reasonable times. This role is essential to establishing that there is an organized and predictable model for decisioning enhancement requests submitted by the user communities of multiple products.

Key responsibilities:

• Establishing and coordinating consistent global demand planning and lead management processes
• Controlling demands for the existing services in order, structure and discipline to the demand pipeline process
• Participating in the identification of gaps or opportunities for the optimization of the existing services
• Monitoring demand queue and preparing demands for product governance teams
• Facilitating demand governance calls and interacting with Product Owners, Testing teams and Change Enablement Management in regards to creating new services or optimizing/ changing the existing ones
• Managing communications to stakeholders regarding demand governance decisions

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Demand Management, preferably in the international organization
• ITIL v4 Certificate will be an asset
• Fluent English, both written and oral
• On a personal level, you have an international mindset, high attention to detail, good stakeholder management skills, good interpersonal skills, excellent active listening skills, the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and the ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
