GL Accountant

GL Accountant, Senior GL Specialist, General ledger, Specjalista ds. Księgi Głównej, Accounting Specialist
For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for:

GL Accountant

Key responsibilities:

  • posting accruals, prepayments, etc.
  • making sure all month end closing activities are performed accurately and timely;
  • monthly balance sheet reconciliations,
  • ownership of all GL accounts and analysis of variances and fluctuations in P&L and BS
  • cooperation with other teams, such as Payroll, AP, Cash Application, VAT, Credit Control

Requirements:

  • experience in accountancy,
  • understanding of general ledger processes,
  • fluent English (min. B2),
  • good knowledge of Excel and any ERP system (e.g. SAP)
  • University degree in finance and accounting or similar area would be a plus.
