Fund Accounting Manager which will be responsible for managing the overall NAV calculation. By ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of NAV calculations and assist in developing customer relationships.

Your responsibilities

• Managing and developing teams of up to 10 employees
• Ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of NAV calculations
• Ensuring the assigned fund accounting team operates within the clearly defined and documented control environment
• Reviewing daily and monthly NAV calculations
• Implementation, monitoring and improvement NAV calculation workflows and procedures
• Reviewing fee calculations and profit and loss allocations
• Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and prepares ad hoc financial reports
• Managing the audit process of fund audits, including preparation of fund financial statements
• Acting the primary senior point of contact for business partners and regional management
• Driving a high performance culture within the team through delivering standards, collaboration and effective people interaction
• Building strong relationship with key stakeholders
• Resolving exceptional problems and take on special projects or tasks as assigned
• Identifying and resolves day-to-day technical and operational problems
• Managing day to day tasks allocation and Team performance KPIs, SLAs

Our requirements:

• Strong accounting background and deep understanding of NAV calculation processes.
• Experience working with Hedge Fund Administration.
• University degree in Finance and Accounting/Accounting Certificates
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Well-developed management and leadership skills
• Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Fluency in English
