Our Client's team consists of eleven great individuals who enjoy working together. This is quite young team who participated in transition in Germany and now develops the process using their experience in order management and logistics. The job itself is interesting and provides lots of challenges. It keeps you developing. Definitely, you will not experience routine here.

Your new role
  • Coordinating all aspects of the order management process, including transport and customs
  • Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external Customers
  • Represent Client to Customers in a professional manner at all times
  • Assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
  • Taking care of complaints, give feedback, updates to Customer and ensure completion
  • Support improvement and automation projects


What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 3 year-experience in Export/Import/Logistics in multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of SAP system nice to have
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving approach and troubleshooting skills
  • Time/task management, attention to detail, willingness to learn
  • Language Skills:
  • Internal corporate language: English B1 level required
  • Working with Customers: German B2 level – nice to have
