Your new role
As a Client Manager you will make a proactive, strategic business contribution working in conjunction with both the Client and Hays Senior Management Team. The role will focus on the maximisation of fees through the achievement of long and short-term goals and seek innovative ways of ensuring optimum performance against the contractual SLA. You will be an integral part of the clients’ HR business and Senior Management Team (SMT) and will work closely with both to contribute to the overall recruitment strategy to meet business needs. You also will manage remotely the Recruitment Team and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy to meet business needs. You will advise on and develop effective recruitment solutions and ensure effective delivery.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will have prior experience at senior level of managing recruitment in-house (either agency or client–side) and demonstrable achievement of defined business targets. You need good awareness of business, customer and market pressures (demands and implications). You have broad knowledge of recruitment management and latest recruitment developments including employment legislation and intranet/internet capabilities. Proven leadership and management skills are a must. Experience of working across multiple European markets is desirable.
