We are please to offer a job of Customer Service specialist on behalf of our Client, an international company with an office in Cracow. The purpose of the role is to provide customer support to the customers, playing a vital role in the delivery and day-to-day running of the service, as well as working with the wider CS team to provide ad hoc support to our other customers as required.
Your scope will include:
Supporting customers with the enquiries in a timely manner which reflects the brand’s personality and tone.
Responding to customer queries in a timely manner, usually by email but occasionally via telephone.
Escalating queries as needed to other members of the Support teams.
Support with liaising with external teams. Other ad hoc administrative tasks, such as tracker or running reports.
To be successful on the role you need to:
Have a positive attitude.
Do not be afraid of challanges and fast- paced enviroment.
Have to be confident in communicating with a range of customer by phone and e-mail.
Be fluent in Dutch and English.
As we are providing all necessary trainings previous experience is not required.
