AP Specialist

AP Specialist, AP Accountant, Accounts payable, SAP, AP Senior Specialist
For our Client - Phoenix Contact Wielkopolska we are looking for Accounts Payable Specialist who will join Client's newly created SSC based in Poznań.

Tasks:

  • You will check, assign and post supplier invoices and credit memos as well as recurring documents and debit notes using SAP.
  • You will create and process supplier payments and manage guarantees.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining, reconciling and clarifying supplier accounts as well as vendor master data.
  • You will be responsible for monthly and year-end closing activities, prepare business evaluations, variance analyses and assist with ad-hoc analyses and reports.
  • You will contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • You will perform other duties as required within AP process.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree in Finance/Accounting or other related fields.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles.
  • More than two years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably within SSC environment.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Very good level of English and/or German.
  • SAP FI/CO knowledge is a must have qualification.
  • Good communication skills, being a team player and enjoying working within international environment.
