Administrative Assistant

For our Client, an international company which decided to establish new office in Kraków, we are looking for candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant

Your responsibilities

  • Assisting managers in administrative matters
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and logistics for conference and video calls
  • Creating reports and databases in Excel, preparing presentations
  • Assisting with and organising team events; preparing agendas, minutes and action plans of meetings
  • Acting as point of contact for internal and external clients/stakeholders

Our requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Tools; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Fluency in written and spoken skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
