For our client – international and one of the biggest company in chemical industry – we are looking for Account Manager (Resins and Additives in Coatings). This is a well-known and developing producer of chemicals dedicated to different sector.

Your new role

You will manage sales of semi-products, resins, additives all Poland. You will serve as the first line commercial & technical support the customer as well as build customer long-lasting relationships with clients amongst industrial customers (mainly industry: producers of paintings, printing and coatings). What’s more, you will:
  • manage price negotiations, execution of set targets and account receivable management of Resins and Additives in Coatings and Printing Ink Industries.
  • Take ownership as the main customer contact for all commercial and technical matters, including operational responsibility.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers at our customers, distributors and industry associations.
  • Promote new products launched by the company in the area of responsibility and improve market share of the products.
  • Proactively explore, monitor and capture growth opportunities for focus products and applications
  • Identify important growth opportunities which require technical support and resources and collaborate with Technical Marketing managers to develop business.
  • Gather market intelligence and report to management developments in the area of responsibility.
  • Monitor and support on-field sales and marketing activities of distribution sales channels; set and implement targets for distributors in cooperation with business management.
  • Prepare comprehensive local market analysis with focus on market demand, market shares etc.

  • What you'll need to succeed

    We are searching for Candidates with a professional experience in sales and/or technical advisory and/or product management in the scope coatings industry. Proficient knowledge of the market industry and products in industrial and architectural paintings & coating. Higher degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material engineering or related will be a great advantage. Fluent English and Polish will be necessary. We are looking for person with strong communication skills as well as excellent negotiation and account management skills together with distinct networking competencies and ready to travel (40%-50%).
