We are looking for HR Administration Specialist for a permanent position. We offer an interesting and independent job in an energetic and international environment in a Shared Services Center in Gdańsk.

Your new role
- Running employment administration and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of HR operations in line with internal and labour code provisions
- Keeping the records on working time and absences
- Administration of employees benefits
- Ensuring day-to-day HR administration support to employees
- Supporting payroll process, ZUS, ZFŚS, etc.
- Monitoring and coordinating safety training
- Keeping statistics related to employment
- Active participation in activities and projects related to Employer Branding

What you'll need to succeed
‒ Very good knowledge of labour law and social insurance ‒ Ability to work in team as well as independently
‒ Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
‒ Ability to remain calm, think clearly and proactively, and to prioritise tasks in high pressure and unexpected situations
‒ Good communications skills, as well as fluency in English.
‒ Good organisational skills
‒ Former experience in HR Administration
‒ Workday knowledge is seen as a benefit and is strongly appreciated
