Customer Service Team Leader - contact centre environment
For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for candidates for Team Leader position.

Within this position you will be responsible for leading Customer Service Team. You will be ensuring the team is properly supporting customer conversations. You will be carrying out 1-2-1 meetings, tracking and reporting SLA’s and team performance, supporting team members. You will also be identifying and implementing process improvements.

We are looking for candidates with fluent English – C1, previous experience in contact centre environment. Previous experience as a team leader/supervisor is also required. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
