To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for a Tax Specialist to join our our activities in Cracow.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • You will ensure the fulfilment of statutory documentation obligations for the Universal group and prepare the respective transfer pricing documentation in cooperation with the domestic and foreign subsidiaries
  • You will support the consulting companies in the preparation of current benchmarking studies for all countries or regions as well as the review/monitoring of these
  • You will provide support in meeting statutory requirements of German group companies abroad and foreign group companies abroad
  • You are actively involved in communication with external advisers and tax auditors in international situations and in multidisciplinary projects
  • You will implement and optimise internal transfer pricing guidelines
  • You will implement, coordinate and monitor the group-internal billing of services and participate in the creation and maintenance of intercompany contracts
  • You will support the implementation of a T-CMS regarding transfer pricing
  • Ongoing tax support for the Krakow branch in cooperation with external tax advisers

What you offer: As successful candidate, you will bring the following.
  • Completed Master`s degree in Economics. Finance, Business Administration with a focus on taxes or comparable education
  • At least experience of 3-4 years in Transfer Pricing, ideally in consulting or a high-paced, dynamic and international corporate environment
  • Very good knowledge of national tax low with focus on corporate tax and value added tax
  • Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured and diligent way of working
  • Quickly gain deep understanding of complex intercompany structure
  • Independent, autonomous working method
  • High service orientation
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP system is a plus
  • Good German and English language skills
