Your new company
You will be a part of a Global Investment Company and an Onboarding team which specializes in supporting institutional clients in the development and operation of their private hedge fund dedicated managed account platforms. You will be a part of a team which supports clients information and structuring of their private vehicles, negotiating fund documents and counterparty agreements, and project managing each fund’s launch. Post-launch, this team provides risk and performance reporting, transparency and investment guideline monitoring to the client. This team is also responsible for performing operational and accounting functions which provide independent oversight and controls to the process.

Your new role
We are looking for someone willing to do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to the administrative tasks of onboarding. There is a heavy volume of email traffic with counterparties that need to be tracked and updated daily to ensure internal reporting is up to date and team members (onboarding and structure) can rely on the status in the system. The onboarding process also collects various information during the launch process that needs to be tracked and stored appropriately as well as populating various account opening documents and saving drafts of agreements and documentation. The Junior Onboarder will be responsible for maintaining this information as well as populating any account opening documents.

What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
1-3 years of total work experience is strongly preferred in a project team and/or administrative role.
Ability to prioritize workload, provide project status updates and enter account application information in a timely fashion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills are required.
Microsoft Word and PDF document experience strongly preferred.
