HR Administration Specialist with German

For our Client, international company, we are currently looking for German & English-speaking HR Professionals to support the entire hire to retire process for all employees.

Your new role
You will have possibility to perform and support all employee lifecycle related processes from hire to retire (such as: onboarding, probation, training, inquiries etc.). You will maintain good data quality in HR systems related to employee lifecycle and support reporting. As an expert you will support training organization and administration of different trainings.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have experience in a similar role within an international setting or willingness to adapt quickly to the international processes. Excellent communication skills are required (both in German & English – min B1/B2). We need a candidate with good command of Excel and excellent analytical skills. Experience in SAP HCM system and knowledge of Workday will be in a plus.

Our Client offers permanent contract, attractive salary and social package. Gdańsk is primary place of work, but you may participate in transition to Austria in first two months of work (fly-back for a weekend every two weeks). Tell us, if this possibility suits you.
