Currently, we are looking for candidates to join a new Finance Hub in Krakow on a position of:

Specialist Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities:
  • Monthly / quarterly Management reporting and analysis (75%) Functional Reporting and analysis (Finance, HR, Commercial)
  • T & E reporting and analysis
  • Volumes / stores / price reporting and analysis
  • Improvement of the above reports
  • Support in setting-up new management reporting requirements
  • Support in preparation of the quarterly. Global Management and Shareholders
  • Support in monthly management reporting / dashboard preparation
  • Support to McD Gatekeeper role (10%)
  • Business relationship agreement documents tracking / follow ups (incl McD One pager)
  • Global Logistics Council Dashboard
  • Key figures Gatekeeper (5%) -> eventually to be a part of this role
  • Review KPIs in CO 2.0 (Essbase)
  • Challenge the requests to ensure the information is complete and there are no duplications in the system
  • Forward the request to IT for creation and follow up on execution
  • Ad-hoc requests and analysis (10%)
  • Including data pulling from the systems / preparation of the initial ad-hoc reports

Skills & Experience:
  • University degree with economic / business / finance qualifications
  • Financial Planning & Analysis background (1-3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge / experience with systems & applications (Hyperion Essbase, HFM) -> desirable
  • Analytical, structured cross-functional thinking
  • Flexible, proactive, persuasive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail, organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent command of written and spoken
