Planet Sushi offers on the other hand Asian cuisine and beverage assortment.


Your next role
Due to growing business in Poland we are currently looking for Candidates for the challenging role of Country Operations Manager. Country Operations Manager will manage the restaurants chain in Poland by overseeing all aspects of the area’s restaurant business, operations, and facilities ensuring company standards of quality and service are maintained and coaching, counseling and developing unit management in building sales and controlling costs.

The scope of responsibilities includes overseeing management training programs to ensure an adequate number of Managers are available internally to sustain growth of organization, ensuring that units are in compliance with all local, regional, and national laws and have all the required documentation, developing and monitoring budgets for restaurants and supporting units in the effort to attract, train, develop and retain Team Members.


What do you need to be succesfull?
We are looking for Candidates with 3+ years of regional management experience, gained preferably in a full-menu branded restaurant environment (international experience will be an asset). We expect experience in all areas of restaurant business (e.g legal, real estate, marketing and HR), fluency in English and passion for hospitality/ dining business and good understanding of the local market.

The perfect Candidate should have excellent leadership skills, including coaching, training, leading by example, managing performance, with passion for extraordinary customer experience.
