Your next role
We are currently looking for Candidates for the challenging role of (Senior) Brand Manager, to join the Warsaw office. (Senior) Brand Manager will be responsible for overall brand management of Fuels category in Poland, including ATL, BTL and digital communication, to provide Retail with a competitive advantage and accountable for fuels brand health, KPIs which includes penetration, market share and margin.

The responsibilities include: implement marketing strategy and build annual marketing plan; develop market analysis and market intelligence, collate insights via existing global and local surveys/researches in order to define hypotheses for further work-out and make recommendation of adjustment local strategy if required; as well as drive successful implementation of CEE fuels marketing initiatives at the local level, leading project teams comprising of functional managers, operational experts, agency professionals, etc.

(Senior) Brand Manager will also take care of managing local retail fuels marketing budget effectively and leading strategic projects for the Polish market.

What do you need to be successful?

We do encourage Candidates from other businesses with strong marketing/operational experience to apply for the role. This is a highly visible role to deliver robust growth in Poland Retail.

We are looking for Candidates with + 5 years’ experience in Marketing with understanding of the appropriate marketing tools and principles (Retail or FMCG background is preferred), with experience in developing and running ATL & BTL campaigns in Retail channel (or relevant), strong business analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial mindset, strong customer orientation, with ability to work independently.

Fluency in English, strong project management skills and strong interpersonal & excellent organisational skills are required.
