Paralegal Specialist
Job Purpose: Supporting the legal team across EMEA, developing & implementing new effective procedures, processing documentation with departmental standards and managing the flow of information between FEC Companies, co-workers and clients.

Key Accountabilities:

As a paralegal specialist you will be a member of Legal team and your role will be to support around 30 Lawyers and Legal Advisors across EMEA.
The spectrum of duties at this role includes analysing legal documents, reviewing contracts and ensuring its compliance to corporate policies updating documents and managing documents & on-line databases. At this role you will be also assist in preparing, filing and organizing legal documents and agreements and performing a variety of law-related tasks.

The role will also involve maintenance & updating of corporate records, includes assembly of all required support documentation, obtaining clarification from external counsel when needed and obtaining necessary signatures from executive management.

Successful Candidate should hold a Degree in Law and speak excellent English. Hired person will be responsible for handling legal documents and contracts from EMEA region. We are looking for Law graduates with about 1 – 3 years or fresh after an internship in similar position. Knowledge of international legal systems and regulations is a big advantage.
Due to the nature of the work, attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision in a proficient manner are essential. Highly developed interpersonal skills, good problem solving, professionalism and excellent communication are also a key. Very good knowledge in MS Office is also required.
