Contract Authoring Administrator with German

Your new role
 The main activities performed are:

  • Contract review and booking
  • Resolution of contract rejections with the OpCos
  • Contract administration & amendment
  • Contract termination
  • Support with contract Sell Off to in-house and external leasing companies
  • Support the preparation and distribution of daily, weekly and month end reporting

The role is responsible for ensuring that only clean orders that comply with internal policies and procedures are booked and in doing.

What you'll need to succeed
Skills and knowledge required:
  • External & internal customer focus, with a drive to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers
  • High level of attention to detail imperative
  • Ability to communicate effectively; excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and managing tight deadlines as well as changing circumstances
  • Ability to take on new ideas and concepts. Flexible and adaptable, open to change and learning
  • Strong numeracy & excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong English and German language skills.
  • A high level of PC literacy with experience of working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ideally Oracle.
