You will join a start up Shared Service Center in Gdańsk.

Your new role
As Sales & Leasing Contracts Manager you will be responsible for of ensuring that all activities for the department are performed in accordance with agreed SLAs. You will also need to ensure that the team is adequately resourced with the correct skills in order to perform the activities and identify and provide training to the team as required. You will be in charge of maintaining the departments processes and controls to ensure that they meet the changing needs of internal and external customers. The role holder will also provide weekly and monthly reporting to other functional managers and senior management that identifies how performance levels of the team compare to agreed SLAs. Other responsibility will be to adapt and change processes to meet the development of new products or the entry into new geographical areas as well as to identify and implement process changes to make the team more efficient. Ad hoc management duties – including but not limited to administrative activities (attendance, sickness, holidays), other activities related to the job function including recruitment and career development.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be satisfied in this position you need to have a strong knowledge of leasing and leasing principles gained from previous leasing leadership roles within the industry (minimum 5 years). Moreover, we are looking for a person with ability to communicate effectively and successfully meeting deadlines and targets. Furthermore, we would expect you to have strong stakeholder focus, with a drive to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers. Fluent English is a must as well as effective communication and knowledge of leasing and leasing principles.
