Your new role
As Contracts Authorising Team Leader / Manager you will be supervising a team of administrators and ensuring all activities for the department are performed in accordance with agreed SLAs. Your responsibility will be to provide support to your team in contract review and booking as well as contract termination. You will need to assist in implementing new processes or controls as agreed with the Manager and other process and governance groups. Other responsibilities will include executing ad hoc management duties – including but not limited to administrative activities (attendance, sickness, holidays), other activities related to the job function including recruitment and career development. Lastly, you will  be in charge of performance management, provide learning & development opportunities in-line with the overall center.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be satisfied in this position you need to have ability to communicate effectively, experience managing a team and successfully meeting deadlines and targets as well as have strong stakeholder focus, with a drive to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers. Fluent English is a must as well as effective communication and knowledge of leasing and leasing principles. Moreover you should be able to understand legal and commercial constraints within lease customer contracts and ensure that contract adhere to those terms.
