Your new role

• Verify Purchase Orders
• Monitor supplier timeliness and conduct dunning
• Review and process the list of obligations
• Track and archive all purchasing relevant documents within SAP.
• Support supplier evaluation
• Identify possible GAPs within the process
• Provide ideas for process improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

• English: B1 level; Spanish/ Portuguese: B2 level
• 2 + years of experience in operational procurement,logistics, transport
• Good understanding of procurement function, processes & buying channels
• Practical experience in customer/supplier negotiation area
• Experience in supplier analysis and selection
• Team-player spirit, ability to communicate
